**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:
Content Syndication Program: Connect with partners to ensure seamless execution of the content syndication program.
- Collaborate with partners' web developers to maintain content hygiene on their websites.
- Regularly monitor and update syndicated content to ensure accuracy and relevance.
- B2B Sales Reporting: Calculate and compile monthly B2B sales reports.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
- Present sales reports to the management team with actionable recommendations.
- Online Training Sessions: Arrange and coordinate online training sessions for partners using the 'ON24' platform.
- Develop training materials and ensure that all partners have access to necessary resources.
- Gather feedback from training sessions and implement improvements as needed.
- Research and Development: Conduct research on online business trends, competitors, and market opportunities.Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging technologies.

Provide insights and recommendations to enhance our e-commerce strategy.

Connect with partners to inform them about schemes they are eligible for and encourage them to book orders accordingly.

Ensure partners are well-informed about the benefits and processes related to the schemes.

Create and maintain monthly reports in Excel based on the schemes.

Ensure reports are accurate, comprehensive, and submitted on time.

Maintain strong and effective communication with partners regarding all e-commerce activities.

Address any queries or issues promptly and professionally.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.
- Proven experience in e-commerce or a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Familiarity with content syndication and content management systems.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel and other relevant software.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing strategies.
- Experience with B2B sales and reporting.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.

Pay: ₹28,609.79 - ₹40,683.74 per month
