**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with project managers to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Assist in creating and maintaining project schedules, timelines, and budgets.
- Coordinate project activities, resources, and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
- Track project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders using Jira.
- Identify and resolve project issues and risks in a timely manner.
- Facilitate meetings, workshops, and presentations as needed.
- Generate reports and documentation related to project status, metrics, and outcomes using Jira.
- Ensure adherence to project management best practices and company policies.
- Support continuous improvement efforts by providing feedback and suggestions for process enhancements.
- Utilize Jira effectively to manage tasks, workflows, and team collaboration.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in a project coordinator or similar role.
- Mandatory proficiency in using Jira for task management, issue tracking, and reporting.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
