**Objectives of this Role**

The main objective of this Production Engineer role is to ensure that all production processes for the manufacture of sheet metal furniture are completed efficiently, effectively, and on-time, from planning and scheduling to assembly and site installation. This includes coordinating with in-house production teams and vendors, monitoring production processes, preparing and maintaining project documentation, and providing technical support as needed. The goal is to meet project deadlines, deliver projects within budget, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through efficient and effective production processes. Additionally, the Production Engineer may have the opportunity to learn and grow professionally, as they gain experience and take on more responsibility within the company.

**Daily and Monthly Responsibilities**
- Plan and schedule production processes, including laser cutting, bending, fabrication, powder coating, assembly.
- Validate BOQ and Create job-cards for each process, share RM requirements with purchase.
- Coordinate with in-house production teams, purchase and vendors to ensure that all processes are completed on-time and within budget.
- Maintain job-cards to track and monitor production progress.
- Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and reports.
- Communicate project status updates to the Project manager and other stakeholders, including customers and suppliers.
- Provide technical support to production teams and vendors as needed.
- Stay current on industry developments and advancements in sheet metal production technology.
- Visit vendors for quality check and to ensure on-time delivery of materials and products.

**Requirements**:
**Skills and Qualifications**
- ITI/ Diploma in Engineering or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in a production engineering role, with a focus on sheet metal production processes.
- Strong project planning and scheduling skills, including proficiency in advanced excel a must.
- Experience with Solidworks, or a similar 3D CAD software will be an advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with in-house teams, vendors, and customers.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement solutions to production challenges.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a proven track record of delivering projects on-time and within budget.
- Ability to work well under pressure, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.
- Understanding of cost estimating and budget management in a production environment.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month

- Day shift
