We are hiring for **Project Coordinator **

**Qualification Required**: Diploma/ BE - Mechanical/ Electrical OR Any Graduate with similar experience

**Experience Required**: 6 months to 3 years

**Location**: Ambernath (Thane)

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate project schedules, resources, and task assignments.
- Organize and facilitate project meetings, take notes, and track action items.
- Maintain project documentation, including contracts, reports, and meeting minutes
- Prepare MIS reports Daily/ Weekly/ Monthly towards project schedule.
- Ensure accurate and timely updates to project documentation and databases
- Ensure project teams are informed of deadlines, dependencies, and changes in scope
- Act as the primary point of contact for project team members and stakeholders
- Ensure clear, timely, and effective communication between project stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress and ensure it aligns with the defined scope and objectives l Help ensure projects are aligned with client goals and deliverables.

**Key Skills Required**:

- Ability to multitask and work under pressure to meet deadlines
- Should have experience in preparing various types of MIS reports
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year

Schedule:
