**-Urgent Hiring of Office Admin and Front Desk Associate for a renowned Chemical manufacturer and exporter: -**
Handle office administration and following up on daily administration.
- Implement and monitor programs as directed by management, and see the programs through to completion.
- Order materials, supplies and equipment once approved from the Budget.
- Responsible for maintenance of office equipment, including computers etc.
- Respond to questions and requests for information Answer incoming calls and assume other receptionist duties when needed.
- Follow up with departmental needs on daily/weekly basis keeping record of each activity.
- Documentation and record keeping as required.
- Maintaining Database, renewed documents.
- Tracking staff attendance which includes leaves and Holidays.
- Proficiency in MS Office, specifically Word & Excel.
- Handle invoices, expenses, billing cycles, Petty cash etc. and monitor and report on finance
**_Looking for a professional with at least 4-5 years of relevant work experience with good communication skills, Pleasant personality, good in spoken English/Hindi, good in Computer Operations, basic accounts/Tally knowledge and little bit knowledge of import and export documentation._**
**Salary ranging from Rs.15,000 - Rs. 20,000.**
**Office Timings - Mon to Fri - 10 AM to 7 PM and Sat - 10 AM to 5 PM**
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Kolkata, Kolkata - 700010, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
- Microsoft Office: 3 years (preferred)
