**Job Title**: Female Client Relationship Specialist - Construction Dept
**Location**: Mysore
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Client Engagement**: Engage with prospects to understand their construction needs and present relevant services offered by the company.
- **Appointment Setting**: Schedule appointments for the sales team to meet with qualified leads, ensuring a smooth handover of information.
- **Database Management**: Maintain and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system with accurate and detailed records of all interactions with prospects.
- **Follow-Up**: Conduct follow-up calls with potential clients to nurture relationships and move them through the sales pipeline.
- **Market Research**: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
- **Reporting**: Provide regular reports on telemarketing activities, including the number of calls made, leads generated, and appointments scheduled.
- **Target Achievement**: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls, leads, and appointments.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective scripts, strategies, and campaigns that drive results.
- **Customer Feedback**: Gather and relay customer feedback to the sales and project teams to improve service offerings and client satisfaction.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in marketing, business, or a related field is a plus.
- **Experience**: Minimum 1 years of experience in telemarketing, preferably in the construction, real estate, or related industry.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and persuasively.
- **Sales Skills**: Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven ability to convert leads into appointments.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in CRM software and telemarketing tools.
- **Soft Skills**: High level of motivation, self-discipline, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- **Organization**: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
