A real estate sales executive is responsible for selling and renting properties on behalf of real estate agencies or property owners. The job description typically includes the following responsibilities:

- **Client Interaction**: Interacting with potential buyers and renters to understand their needs and preferences.
- **Property Presentations**: Presenting properties to clients in a compelling and informative manner, highlighting their features and benefits.
- **Property Promotion**: Marketing properties through various channels such as online listings, social media, and networking events.
- **Negotiation**: Negotiating prices and terms on behalf of clients to secure the best deal for both parties.
- **Documentation**: Handling all documentation related to property transactions, including agreements, contracts, and leases.
- **Market Analysis**: Keeping up-to-date with market trends and property prices to provide accurate advice to clients.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to generate repeat business and referrals.
- **Administrative Tasks**: Performing various administrative tasks such as maintaining client databases, preparing reports, and coordinating property viewings.
- **Compliance**: Ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to property transactions.
- **Target Achievement**: Meeting sales targets set by the company and striving to exceed them.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay

Travel requirement:

- Up to 100% travel

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Field sales: 1 year (preferred)
- Sales: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
