**Job Opening: Female Customer Calling Executive**

**Location: OKHLA** NEW DELHI

**Job Type**: Full-Time
**Experience**: 0-2 years (Freshers are welcome)
**Salary**: 15000-24000 per month

**About the Role**:
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused **Female** **Customer Calling Executive** to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be to make outbound calls, follow up with customers, and provide information about our products/services while ensuring a positive customer experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
- Handle customer inquiries professionally and efficiently
- Follow scripts and sales guidelines where required
- Maintain accurate call records and update CRM systems
- Achieve daily/weekly calling targets
- Collect feedback and escalate customer concerns when necessary

**Requirements**:

- Good communication skills ( English is very important)
- Basic computer knowledge
- Positive attitude and a customer-first mindset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Prior experience in telecalling/customer service is a plus
