We, 'ComboNation' a Marketplace & Retail chain. India's newly launched Largest FMGC place (for beauty and personal care, Baby care, also into kitchen segment) for simply good everyday products. We are looking for Young, Energetic and Experienced people to buildup ComboNation. We are rapidly scaling our Offline Business and planning to Open 100 Stores in the next one year. We are looking for an owner to take up and scale the brand onboarding process.

Customer/Client Service Representative - FEMALE ONLY (CAN NOT CONSIDER MALE CANDIDATES

Manage inbound customer communications - In-Person /Virtual - address customer questions, requests and issues & complaints.

Consult on customer success - Advise customers on how to successfully leverage the product/service based on their unique needs.

Maintain working product knowledge - Act as a product expert to ensure information given to customers is accurate, up-to-date and strategic.

Track interactions in CRM - Record customers interactions in internal system for cross-functional awareness and relationship development.

Prefer from - Beauty & personal care / Cosmetic industries or worked with famous retail chain/s

Solve any queries customers may have regarding the product.

Understand the brand, its products and ideology

Qualification & Desired Skills

1-2 years proven experience in supporting client success

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to address complaints and issues with effective solutions and a positive attitude

Passion for delighting customers with above and beyond service

Excellent time-management and prioritization skills

Familiarity with CRM system

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
