**Digital Marketing Manager**

**Job Summary**

We are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager (Digital) to develop, implement, track and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. You should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. You will work closely with the business teams and supporting teams (like IT and medical team), and agency partners to launch campaigns on time and on budget.

**Areas of Responsibility**
- Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, marketing automation, multichannel marketing, influencer marketing, social media and display advertising campaigns
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assest against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Identify new trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies and understanding on marketing campaigns
- Collaborate with internal business teams to plan, design and build memorable digital experiences for brands/ services
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
- Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
- Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners

Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.

**Skills**

Proven working experience in digital marketing and up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
- Knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMRush) and social media listening tools (eg:Radian6, Meltwater)
- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords, FB, Insta and you tube campaigns
- Decent knowledge of HTML, tags and search console’s development
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking

**Educational Qualification - **Engineer, MBA in Marketing

**Specific Certification - **Design Thinking, Digital Marketing
