Customer Service Representative

**Job Summary**
**Key Responsibilities**
- Handle customer concerns with **utmost professionalism, discretion, and empathy**.
- Provide **personalized resolutions**, ensuring complete ownership until closure.
- Document every interaction accurately in **CRM/ticketing systems**.
- Maintain **high service levels (SLAs)** while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
- Escalate complex or sensitive cases to senior teams, keeping clients informed.
- Collaborate with peers and managers to enhance the **premium customer experience journey**.
**Qualifications**
- Minimum 2 **years of voice process experience** (mandatory).
- Strong **English verbal and written communication skills**; ability to converse confidently with global clients.
- Excellent **problem-solving, multitasking, and interpersonal skills**.
**Preferred Skills**
- Prior experience in **Customer Service**:
- Ability to handle **high-value clients with tact and discretion**.
- Strong relationship management skills with a **customer-first approach**.
