**Job summary/overview**:
Provide a professional and efficient Customer service. Utilize good customer service & technical skills for resolving technical/customer service queries for customers.

**Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities**:

- Analyze the needs of customers.
- Work with confidential customer information and treat it sensitively.
- Completes all training and development activities in timely manner.
- Understanding of handling the customer.
- To understand the product and represent the brand.
- Shift Timing - Rotational Shifts (7am to 4pm & 3.30 pm to 12.30 am)
- 1 Rotational Week off
