**Job Overview**:As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers, address their inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure their overall satisfaction with our products/services. Your role will involve effective communication, problem-solving, and empathy to create a positive customer experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, answering inquiries and resolving concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of our products/services to effectively address customer questions and provide accurate information.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges while adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Record customer interactions and maintain accurate and detailed customer records in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and technical support, to resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Handle customer complaints and concerns with empathy and take appropriate action to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Assist in maintaining and improving customer service policies and procedures to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products/services to customers when appropriate.
- Meet and exceed performance targets related to customer satisfaction, response times, and issue resolution.

**Qualifications**:

- HSC or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree is a plus).
- Proven customer service or call center experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to listen and empathize.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in using customer service software, CRM systems, and other office software.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
- Willingness to adapt to changes and a strong commitment to continuous improvement.
- Flexibility in working hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in Telecalling/Customer Service.
- Bilingual or multilingual capabilities.
- Customer service training or certification.
