We are a hiring for a sister concern which is a leading pharmaceutical company based in Kolkata, dedicated to improving healthcare through innovative solutions. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Research Associate to join our team and contribute to our growth.

**Job Description**:
As a Marketing Research Associate, you will play a key role in conducting market surveys, analyzing data, and liaising with stakeholders to gather insights that drive strategic decisions. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Market Surveys:

- Design and conduct market research surveys to gather data on pharmaceutical products, customer preferences, and market trends.
- Collect and analyze data to identify opportunities and challenges in the market.

2. Liaisoning:

- Act as a point of contact between the company and external stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, distributors, and vendors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and collaboration.

3. Data Analysis and Reporting:

- Analyze survey data and prepare detailed reports with actionable insights.
- Present findings to the management team to support decision-making.

4. Fieldwork:

- Travel locally to conduct face-to-face interviews, focus groups, and other fieldwork activities as required.

5. Compliance:

- Ensure all research activities comply with industry regulations and ethical standards.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Pharmacy, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in market research, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective liaisoning.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with survey tools.
- Willingness to travel within Kolkata for fieldwork.
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and Bengali (written and spoken).

Preferred Skills:

- Knowledge of pharmaceutical products and the healthcare industry.
- Experience with data analysis software (e.g., SPSS, Tableau).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
