We are seeking a proactive and results-driven **Sales and Marketing Executive** to join our steel manufacturing team. You will be responsible for promoting and selling our steel products, expanding our customer base, and supporting the development and implementation of effective marketing strategies. This role combines strategic marketing with hands-on sales responsibilities to drive business growth in the industrial and construction sectors.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the construction, infrastructure, and manufacturing sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, distributors, and engineers.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct regular client visits and follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

**Marketing Responsibilities**:

- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility and market penetration.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs.
- Collaborate with technical teams to develop promotional materials and product brochures.
- Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to promote the company’s products and services.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
