**Position**: Research Associate

Analyst will be responsible for the following basic job roles
- Conduct research using research techniques and industry standard primary research methods.
- Sourcing relevant information as per provided research brief
- Responsible for basic and deep profiling
- Interpret data, formulate reports and make recommendations
- Internet Research, Data Processing
- Deliver projects on time and maintain high quality standards of the deliverables
- Actively participate in formal and in-formal knowledge sharing sessions
- At least 6 months to 1 year experience in Capital Market (preferred)
- Strong research and data analytic skills
- Sound knowledge in Capital Markets (Mutual Fund, Hedge Fund, ETF, Equity Market)
- Desire to learn more about the capital markets and asset management industries.
- Self-starter with strong ability to work independently and self-educate when required.
- Excellent organizational, time management and project management skills.
- Strong analytic and critical thinking skills
- Expertise with MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint
- Should be able to articulate well

**Qualification**: Post Graduates in Finance/Economics/Commerce/CFA with experience in Mutual Funds, Exchange traded Funds, Equity Market
