E-commerce Associate

**Full Job description**:
- Manage and optimize product listings on various e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra etc.).
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, customer trends, and market insights.
- Coordinate with marketing teams for promotional campaigns and advertisements.
- Handle customer inquiries, reviews, and feedback to enhance the shopping experience.
- Track and manage inventory levels, pricing, and order fulfillment.
- Identify opportunities for expanding product reach and improving sales performance.
- Ensure compliance with platform policies and maintain strong relationships with e-commerce partners.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 1 **years of experience** in e-commerce sales (mandatory).
- Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms, listing optimization, and sales strategies.
- Proficiency in Excel, data analysis, and e-commerce tools.
- Experience in handling promotions, pricing strategies, and performance metrics.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
