Position: Level 1 (Walmart)

Location: On-site (Kolkata)

Position Overview

The Level 1 (Walmart) associate will be responsible for ensuring accuracy and compliance in product listings, order verification, and commission updates across Walmart platforms. The role involves coordinating with customers, vendors, and internal teams to address listing issues, manage handling time approvals, and ensure timely closure of orders. This position plays a crucial role in maintaining product accuracy, resolving discrepancies, and ensuring smooth operational flow.

Responsibilities

1. Conduct listing verification to ensure product details are accurate and compliant with Walmart guidelines with vendor's or brand website.

2. Perform commission addition and updates for verified listings.

3. Manage order verification, ensuring orders are processed accurately and closed on the same day.

4. Obtain customer and vendor authorization to proceed with shipments in case of listing discrepancies.

5. Raise cases for listing corrections to resolve inaccuracies on Walmart platforms.

6. Create new RMA listings for "XXX" SKUs as required.

7. Track and resolve order-related errors promptly.

8. Work on daily operational mails and respond to listing or order-related queries.

9. Update Handling Time and ensure Walmart BKC / Walmart US handling times match internal data.

10. Seek approval for handling time changes based on product categories from marketplace.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, Commerce, or related field (preferred).

2. Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of relevant e-commerce operations experience can apply.

3. Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms and product listing processes is an advantage.

Skills

1. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.

2. Basic understanding of product listing and order management processes.

3. Good communication skills to interact with customers, vendors, and internal teams.

4. Ability to multitask and manage operational tasks within deadlines.

5. Problem-solving mindset for resolving listing or order discrepancies.

6. Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic computer operations.
