Inspecting Project Sites regularly to identity and eliminate potential safety hazards.
- Supervising and instructing the project team as well as subcontractors.
- Educating site workers on construction and installation safety regulations and accident protocol.
- Visiting and inspecting sites
- Enforcing site safety rules to minimize work related accidents and injuries.
- Handling site accidents in accordance with established accident protocol.
- Supervise and evaluate staff complete employee reviews, keep accurate records of employee attendance and time sheets ,provide positive direction to motivate quality performance, discipline personnel when necessary and appropriate.
- Set project goals and overseas projects to completion, schedule and track assignment.
- Maintaining minimize of cost and maximize of output.
- Do work as per management instruction and obey to the rule of the management.
- Maintaining an accurate record of site worker and employee attendance.
- Providing weekly status report on issues/resolutions,risks/mitigation plans, customers comments, noticeable happenings at site /departments to Management.
- Handling soft skill issues of the team in discussion with the team lead.
- Analyzing blueprints to ensure that projects meet design,safety and budget specifications.
- Orders, sorts, tracks and stocks books
- Develops and maintains book inventory system
- Performing complete inventory checks of all stock and supplies
- Ensuring all documentation related to inventory flows is complete, accurate and filed correctly.
- Maintains the warehouse, records area and stores area in a neat and orderly manner.

Qualification: Must be Commerce Graduate and know Excel, word and power point.
