**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads.
- Respond to incoming inquiries and provide detailed information about the company's products/services.
- Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to customers and encourage sales.
- Follow up with prospective clients and close sales.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales interactions and customer details in the CRM system.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Provide feedback to the sales team on customer needs and concerns.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Collaborate with the sales team to improve outreach strategies and achieve company goals.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a telecallers or in a similar role in sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and overcome objections.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems and tele calling practices.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- 2+ years of Prior experience in a sales role
- Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Kannada is Must.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
