**Key Responsibilities**

**Guest Experience & Service**: Ensure all guests receive a warm welcome and personalized spa experience.
**Scheduling & Bookings**: Manage appointments, staff schedules, and service coordination.
**Operations Management**: Oversee spa facilities, maintain cleanliness, and ensure smooth daily operations.
**Sales & Promotion**: Upsell spa treatments, memberships, and eco-friendly products.
**Administrative Support**: Manage inventory, process payments, and handle customer inquiries.

**Qualifications & Skills**

Previous experience in a spa, hospitality, or wellness setting preferred.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Passion for sustainable and holistic wellness practices.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
