Key Responsibilities

  1. Inventory Management

  2. Maintain accurate stock levels of spa products (oils, creams, scrubs, cosmetics, towels, disposables, etc.).

  3. Conduct regular stock counts, physical verification, and reconciliation with system records.

  4. Monitor product expiry dates and ensure proper rotation (FIFO/FEFO).

  5. Procurement & Vendor Coordination

  6. Raise purchase requests and coordinate with approved vendors/suppliers.

  7. Ensure timely delivery of materials and check quality upon receipt.

  8. Negotiate rates and maintain vendor relationships in coordination with management.

  9. Store Operations

  10. Maintain cleanliness and organized storage of products.

  11. Implement proper labeling and categorization of all stock items.

  12. Ensure safe storage of sensitive items like essential oils, skincare products, and electronic spa equipment.

  13. Documentation & Reporting

  14. Prepare daily/weekly stock reports for management.

  15. Maintain inward & outward material registers.

  16. Track product usage and highlight unusual consumption patterns.

  17. Support Spa Operations

  18. Coordinate with therapists and front desk team for timely issue of products and materials.

  19. Ensure no stockouts of critical spa consumables.
  20. Assist in audits and compliance checks.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Graduate / Diploma in Supply Chain, Inventory, or related field.
  • 24 years of experience in stores/inventory management (preferably in spa, hospitality, or wellness industry).
  • Knowledge of inventory software (ERP, Tally, or POS systems).
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills.
  • Detail-oriented with good organizational and record-keeping ability.

Key Competencies

  • Accountability & reliability.
  • Time management and ability to handle multiple requests.
  • Understanding of spa/wellness products and consumables (preferred).
  • Proactive problem-solving skills.
