Our client is an FMCG company and is a market leader in their segment with a product range of around 200+ SKU.
- We are looking for an enthusiastic, creative, independent individual who can add value to the organization.
- As Retail Store Manager, you will be responsible for the following:
1. In chare of 5 stores

2. Responsible for the revenue of all retail stores

3. Conduct regular visits to the retail stores to maintain regular operations and ensure Fifo, visual display, upselling, print display etc.

4. Train store managers and discuss plans and opportunities with them; supervise them on their behaviour, motivation, work ethic etc.

5. Conduct inventory audits on monthly basis for all stores and report the same

6. Conduct promotional activities/programs

7. Set up new store, including exploring various property options

8. Observe the strengths and challenges of each store
- We are looking for YOU if you:
1. Are a PG/MBA

2. Have prior work experience managing a team in Food/Retail

3. Are based out of Tamil Nadu and can speak Tamil fluently

**Salary**: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Chennai - 600004, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Master's (required)

**Experience**:

- Retail sales: 3 years (required)
- Team management: 3 years (required)

**Language**:

- Tamil (required)
