We are looking for a skilled Spa Manager to join our team, with 4-8 years of experience in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing spa operations and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Oversee daily spa operations, including scheduling appointments and managing staff.
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to increase sales and revenue.
  • Maintain high standards of quality and excellence in all spa services and products.
  • Lead and motivate a team of therapists, trainers, and support staff to achieve goals.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Analyze customer feedback and implement changes to improve overall customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in managing spas or wellness centers, with a minimum of 4 years of experience.
  • Strong knowledge of spa operations, including booking systems, inventory management, and staff training.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality services.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
