Salon Manager

Location: Manapakkam, Chennai

Minimum Experience Required: 2–5 years (in beauty salon/spa management)

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of the beauty spa & salon, ensuring smooth functioning.
  • Supervise, train, and motivate staff to deliver high-quality customer service.
  • Manage client bookings, appointments, and resolve customer queries effectively.
  • Monitor inventory, stock control, and vendor coordination.
  • Maintain hygiene, safety, and professional standards at all times.
  • Support marketing, promotional campaigns, and client loyalty programs.
  • Handle cash flow, billing, and basic financial reporting.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2–5 years' experience in salon/spa management (preferrable).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to handle teams and ensure operational efficiency.
  • Good knowledge of beauty/spa services and trends.
  • Organized, reliable, and able to multitask.
