Senior Hairdresser

• Perform advanced hairdressing services including precision cutting, coloring, styling, treatments, and niche techniques.
• Consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable styles or treatments aligned with their personality and lifestyle.
• Lead by example in maintaining international standards of hairdressing and service quality.
• Mentor and train junior stylists and assistants, sharing knowledge of techniques, trends, and client handling.
• Keep up-to-date with global hair trends, products, and tools to bring innovation into the salon.
• Ensure salon hygiene, safety, and professional standards are consistently maintained.
• Manage client appointments, build strong client relationships, and drive customer loyalty.
• Support the Creative Director/Salon Director in executing fashion, editorial, or special project looks.
• Collaborate with the team during high-profile events, shows, or celebrity projects.
• Contribute to business growth through upselling treatments, products, and premium services.

Pay: ₹30, ₹45,000.00 per month
