JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented IT Specialist-System Engineer with hands-on experience in SAP Business One (SAP B1), particularly in sales posting, MIS report preparation, and SQL query development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing data integration between systems, ensuring the accuracy of sales data, and generating performance and operational reports to support business decision-making

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle SAP B1 sales module operations including sales order posting, invoicing, and inventory movement checks
• Create, maintain, and optimize SQL queries to support data extraction for MIS report
• Develop and automate MIS reports (sales, purchase, stock, financial summaries, etc.) to support senior management
• Ensure timely and accurate data entry and flow between SAP B1 and other internal systems.
• Work with functional teams to resolve any posting or integration errors within SAP B1
• Collaborate with SAP consultants and internal stakeholders for minor enhancements or bug Fixes
• Monitor system performance and support end users with SAP B1 troubleshooting

DESIRED CANDIDATES CHARACTERISTICS:

• Minimum 3 years of experience working with SAP B1 in a technical or techno-functional role
• Proficient in SQL (T-SQL or PL/SQL) for data querying, joins, stored procedures, and views.
• Experience with MIS report design and delivery using Excel, Crystal Reports, or Power BI
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
• Should be from B2C Industry : preferably from Retail.
• Should have Strong communication skills
