Job Description We are hiring a Bulk Email Campaign Specialist to lead our high-volume B2B outreach campaigns. This role is critical in driving lead generation for our US-based Drupal, WordPress, and eCommerce services. You will be responsible for building, executing, and optimizing email campaigns with a strong focus on deliverability, compliance, and ROI. Responsibilities Plan and execute bulk/cold email campaigns targeting senior B2B decision-makers (CMOs, CTOs, VPs, Directors). Manage email infrastructure: domains, IPs, warm-up, SPF/DKIM/DMARC, and inbox placement. Build, clean, and segment large prospect databases for accuracy and engagement. Monitor deliverability, bounce rates, and spam traps; troubleshoot proactively. Run A/B tests on subject lines, content, CTAs, and send schedules. Track and report performance metrics (open rate, CTR, reply rate, conversions). Ensure compliance with CAN-SPAM/GDPR regulations. Requirements 57 years of hands-on experience in bulk email marketing / outbound campaigns. Must have experience working in B2B SaaS, IT Services, or Digital Marketing agencies. Deep understanding of SMTP, ESPs, DNS records, IP/domain warm-up, and deliverability management. Expertise with tools such as Apollo, Zoho, MailChimp, Brevo, Mailmodo, or similar. Familiarity with CRMs like HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho. Strong written English and ability to refine outreach copy. Analytical and data-driven mindset to optimize campaigns. Good to Have Knowledge of LinkedIn outreach tools and intent-data platforms. Basic HTML skills for email formatting. Prior experience managing 100K+ contact databases.
