
Sales Coordinator

**1. Task Delegation & Goal Setting**
- Collaborate with senior management to gather daily task requirements and define sales targets.
- Clearly communicate expectations to the team and ensure each member understands their objectives and KPIs.
- Prioritize accountability by assigning specific responsibilities with deadlines.
**2. Workflow & Communication Management**
- Act as the central point of contact for all New Sales Team members, ensuring seamless communication, collaboration, and task flow.
- Monitor daily progress of tasks and sales activities, ensuring timelines are met and any delays are swiftly addressed.
- Proactively resolve bottlenecks and ensure all team operations align with the company’s sales agenda.
**3. Hiring, Firing & Performance Accountability**
- Participate in final-round interviews and hiring decisions for new sales hires.
- Enforce performance standards rigorously—take corrective actions, including terminations, in line with company policies if targets or tasks are repeatedly missed.
**4. Sales Strategy & Execution Oversight**
- Ensure strict adherence to the company’s sales agenda—promoting digital visibility services over certifications.
- Drive the team to meet agreed sales numbers; this includes involvement in hiring additional roles like Sales Managers and HR Generalists.
- Use a mix of encouragement and discipline (carrot & stick approach) to ensure consistent, high-level output from the team.
**5. Sales Funnel Development & Forecasting**
- Directly guide team members in building robust sales funnels and maintaining qualified lead pipelines.
- Example: For a monthly sales target of ₹2 Lakhs, ensure team members have a pipeline of at least 25 SQLs by the 10th of each month.
- Provide close supervision of forecasting accuracy and follow-ups to ensure early closures.
**6. Reporting & Escalation**
- Provide regular performance updates, insights, and progress reports to senior management.
- Promptly escalate issues or risks, and ensure necessary support is obtained from management.
- Share constructive feedback and request resources or interventions as needed.
**7. Team Development & Support**
- Foster a supportive, high-performance culture.
- Organize or coordinate ongoing training, skill development sessions, and mentoring opportunities for team members.
- Continuously assess and improve internal SOPs to boost productivity and sales effectiveness.
**8. Performance Monitoring & Metrics Management**
- Track individual and team KPIs such as:
- Leads generated
- Deals closed
- Task adherence rates
- Identify shortfalls early and take proactive steps to correct them.
- While the Coordinator does not carry a personal sales quota, they are directly responsible for ensuring the team collectively meets or exceeds their targets.
**9. Liaison with Senior Management**
- Coordinate with upper management for strategic decisions, interviews, and performance escalations.
- Work closely with the Recruitment team to ensure hiring aligns with team needs and standards.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
