As a Sales Coordinator at Royal York Property Management, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team by scheduling property showings, facilitating seamless communication between clients and agents, and managing our appointment calendar. **Key Responsibilities**:
- **Client Scheduling**: Coordinate and schedule property showings for prospective clients, ensuring an efficient and organized process.
- **Communication Liaison**: Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and sales agents, maintaining clear and effective communication.
- **Appointment Management**: Manage the appointment calendar to optimize scheduling and ensure timely property showings.
- **Customer Engagement**: Provide exceptional customer service with a positive and professional attitude, addressing client inquiries and needs.
- **Sales Support**: Assist the sales team with administrative tasks to enhance their productivity and support overall sales objectives.
**Qualifications**:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in customer service or a related role, preferably with a sales focus.
**Skills**:
- Strong sales-oriented mindset with a passion for client engagement.
- Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in managing calendars and scheduling tools.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
- Ability to type at least 40 words per minute.
