Job Title: Sales Coordinator – After Sales Support

Location: Remote

Department: Customer Service / Operations

Shift Timings: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM

About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and organised Sales Coordinator – After Sales Support to manage customer interactions post-purchase and provide seamless coordination between sales, operations, and logistics teams. This role ensures smooth order execution, timely communication, and strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

After Sales Support:

  • Handle customer queries and complaints via calls, emails, and chat.
  • Resolve product/service-related issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Follow up with customers post-purchase to confirm resolution and build long-term relationships.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, complaints, and resolutions.
  • Identify recurring issues and provide feedback to management for improvements.

Sales Coordination:

  • Assist the sales team with order processing, quotations, and documentation.
  • Coordinate with logistics, operations, and finance teams to ensure timely order fulfilment.
  • Track sales orders and ensure they are completed within deadlines.
  • Prepare and share sales reports, pipeline updates, and performance trackers with management.
  • Support in maintaining customer databases and CRM updates.
  • Act as the communication link between customers and internal departments for smooth execution.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field (preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales coordination, customer service, or after-sales support.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and order management tools is a plus.
