**Role Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Resolve issues related to **orders, returns, exchanges, and product information**.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the system.
- Coordinate with the **operations & logistics team** to ensure timely resolution of complaints.
- Track and report **customer satisfaction, escalations, and common feedback trends**.
- Assist in building **customer loyalty and retention programs**.

**Requirements**:

- Graduate with **1-2 years of experience** in customer service (preferably in D2C, e-commerce, or retail).
- Strong communication skills (English & Hindi, written and spoken).
- Ability to multitask and handle queries across multiple platforms.
- A positive, empathetic, and problem-solving attitude.
