
Modern Trade Fmcg Sales Promoter

The **Modern Trade FMCG Sales Promoter** is responsible for driving product visibility, availability, and sales within modern trade retail environments such as supermarkets, hypermarkets, and organized retail chains. Their primary objective is to promote the company’s **(MAKHANA)** products through in-store activities, engaging with customers, and ensuring brand representation in accordance with company standards.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Product Promotion**: Actively promote FMCG products to shoppers through sampling, demonstrations, and product education.
- **Customer Engagement**: Interact with customers to understand their needs, provide product information, and influence purchase decisions.
- **Merchandising**: Ensure attractive and compliant product displays, planograms, and shelf layouts. Replenish stock as needed.
- **Sales Support**: Achieve daily/weekly sales targets and track promotions and offers.
- **Retailer Coordination**: Work closely with store managers and staff to maintain optimal stock levels and coordinate promotional activities.
- **Reporting**: Provide feedback on customer behavior, market trends, and competitor activities; submit daily/weekly activity and sales reports.
**Requirements**:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Customer-oriented mindset with persuasive selling abilities.
- Basic knowledge of FMCG products and retail operations in Modern Trade
- Prior experience in modern trade or retail sales is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to fast-paced retail environments.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
