This role requires excellent communication skills, patience, and a customer-first attitude.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective clients and respond to incoming inquiries.
- Provide accurate information about visa options, study abroad programs, and other immigration services.
- Maintain records of calls and client responses in CRM systems or spreadsheets.
- Schedule appointments for walk-ins or in-office consultations.
- Follow up with leads to ensure a high conversion rate.
- Handle basic client queries professionally and direct complex questions to senior staff.
- Work closely with admission officers and case handlers for smooth coordination.
- Maintain a polite and professional tone during all interactions.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Minimum 12th pass; graduation preferred.
- 6 months to 2 years of telecalling, customer service, or sales experience (preferably in education or immigration industry).
- Good spoken and written communication skills in **English, Hindi, and Punjabi**.
- Basic knowledge of immigration or study visa processes (preferred but not mandatory).
- Comfortable using phones, basic computer systems, and CRM software.
- Positive attitude, and ability to work under targets.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Ability to build a good connection with clients over the phone.
- Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Time management and multitasking capabilities.
