**Job Title: Immigration Telecaller**

**Job Description**:
We are seeking a motivated and articulate Immigration Telecaller to join our team. As an Immigration Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective clients who are interested in immigration services. Your primary goal will be to engage potential clients, educate them about our immigration services, and schedule appointments for further consultation with our immigration experts.

**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential clients who have expressed interest in immigration services.
- Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to understand their immigration needs and requirements.
- Provide information about our immigration services, including visa processing, documentation assistance, and other related services.
- Answer questions and address concerns raised by potential clients regarding immigration processes, eligibility criteria, fees, etc.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with clients in the CRM system.
- Schedule appointments for qualified leads to consult with our immigration experts.
- Meet or exceed monthly quotas for lead generation and appointment setting.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies and improve conversion rates.
- Stay updated on immigration laws, regulations, and policies to provide accurate information to clients.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in outbound telemarketing, sales, or customer service roles preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Basic knowledge of immigration laws and procedures preferred (training will be provided).
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Fluency in multiple languages is a plus, especially if dealing with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds.
- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹8,086.00 - ₹24,316.40 per month
