As a Telecaller at Gopal Immigration, you will play a crucial role in our client acquisition and communication process. Your primary responsibilities will include:

- Contacting potential clients via telephone to explain our immigration services and assess their needs.
- Engaging with leads and inquiries through inbound and outbound calls.
- Providing information about visa options, requirements, and the immigration process.
- Collecting and updating client information in our database.
- Scheduling appointments for in-depth consultations with our immigration experts.
- Following up with prospective clients to ensure they receive the necessary information and guidance.
- Meeting or exceeding daily and monthly targets for client acquisition and lead conversion.
- Maintaining a positive and professional attitude when interacting with clients.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in telecalling, telemarketing, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Adept at making persuasive and informative sales pitches.
- Strong knowledge of immigration processes and services is a plus.
- Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with colleagues.
- Knowledge of multiple languages is an advantage but not required.
