**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Outbound Calls**: Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to introduce our products/services, follow up on leads, and drive sales.
- **Customer Engagement**: Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, answering their questions, addressing concerns, and providing accurate information about our offerings.
- **Lead Generation**: Identify potential sales opportunities and gather relevant information to generate leads for the sales team.
- **Data Entry**: Maintain and update customer information in our CRM system, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- **Feedback Collection**: Collect feedback from customers to help improve our services and address any issues or concerns..
- **Compliance**: Adhere to company policies and legal regulations, including data protection and telemarketing guidelines.

**Qualifications**:
**Experience**: 2-5 years experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service is preferred

**Skills**:

- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong listening skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in using CRM software.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.

**Attributes**:

- Positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

**How to Apply**:
Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- TOTAL: 4 years (preferred)
- Telecommunication: 2 years (preferred)
- Telecaller in immigration field: 2 years (required)
