- 1-2 years in telecalling, sales, or customer support (preferably in travel/tourism).
- Minimum 12th pass or higher.
- Excellent **Written and verbal communication in Hindi & English** (other regional languages are a plus).
- Strong **persuasion and negotiation skills.**:

- Good **knowledge of trekking and adventure tourism**.
