**The below mentioned Roles and Responsibilities are required**:
**Requirements & Qualifications**:

- 1-2 years in telecalling, sales, or customer support (preferably in travel/tourism).
- Minimum 12th pass or higher.
- Excellent **Written and verbal communication in Hindi & English** (other regional languages are a plus).
- Strong **persuasion and negotiation skills.**:

- Good **knowledge of trekking and adventure tourism**.
- Basic **computer skills**.
- Friendly, customer-focused, and result-driven attitude.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make **outbound calls** to potential customers and **explain trekking packages, itineraries, and offers.**:

- Provide accurate and detailed information about **trekking destinations, difficulty levels, costs, and inclusions**.
- Follow up with **leads** and convert them into **bookings**.
- Maintain a database of customer inquiries and update booking records.
- Address **customer concerns**and **resolve queries** in a professional manner.
- Keep **up-to-date with trekking trends**, **destinations,** and **seasonal offers**.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
