**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team at the Autism Awareness and Care Centre in Mohali. The Occupational Therapist will be responsible for assessing, planning, and providing therapy interventions to support children with autism. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team including psychologists, speech therapists, and behavior therapists to help children reach their developmental goals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the sensory, motor, and functional skills of children with autism.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans that address the specific needs and goals of each child.
- Provide therapeutic interventions to improve fine and gross motor skills, sensory processing, and daily living skills.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to care.
- Monitor and document progress, adjusting therapy plans as needed to meet each child’s evolving needs.
- Use a variety of techniques and tools such as sensory integration, play therapy, and assistive technology to engage children in therapy sessions.
- Educate and support families by providing strategies and resources for home-based support.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the ongoing development of the therapy program.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized institution.
- Current registration with the relevant Occupational Therapy licensing board.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with children, preferably those with autism or other developmental disorders.
- Strong understanding of sensory integration therapy and developmental delays.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with children, families, and the interdisciplinary team.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Compassionate, patient, and driven to make a difference in the lives of children with autism

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
