Job Summary:

The Hair Transplant OT Technician is responsible for assisting the surgeon during hair transplant procedures (FUE/FUT), ensuring sterile conditions, maintaining OT equipment, and providing smooth coordination throughout the surgical process. The role demands attention to detail, patient care, and technical precision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pre-Operative Preparation
  • Prepare the OT before each procedure, ensuring all instruments and equipment are sterilized and ready.
  • Assist in patient preparation — shaving donor area, marking, draping, and positioning.
  • Verify all consumables and instruments are available and functional.
  • Intra-Operative Support
  • Assist the surgeon during graft extraction (FUE punch handling or strip harvesting in FUT).
  • Help in graft sorting, counting, and maintaining graft viability in saline trays.
  • Load grafts into implanters or assist in implantation under the surgeon's supervision.
  • Maintain sterile conditions and manage instruments during the procedure.
  • Monitor the patient's comfort and vital signs throughout the surgery.
  • Post-Operative Duties
  • Clean and sterilize instruments and the OT after each surgery.
  • Assist in dressing application and patient discharge instructions.
  • Maintain accurate records of procedures, graft count, and consumables used.
  • Equipment & Inventory Management
  • Regularly check and maintain OT equipment (micromotors, implanters, lights, suction, etc.).
  • Track inventory and request restocking of surgical and consumable supplies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹19, ₹56,286.68 per month
