**Position Overview**:
We are looking for passionate and qualified Audiologists/Speech Therapists and Occupational Therapists to join our growing team in Mohali. The selected professionals will play a pivotal role in assessing, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, and auditory disorders in children with autism. You will collaborate closely with our multidisciplinary team to deliver effective interventions tailored to the unique needs of each child.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assess and diagnose speech, language, and hearing issues in children with autism.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans focused on improving communication skills and auditory health.
- Conduct therapy sessions using evidence-based techniques to address speech delays, language disorders, and auditory processing difficulties.
- Monitor and evaluate the progress of each child, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
- Collaborate with occupational therapists, behavior therapists, psychologists, and families to ensure a holistic approach to the child’s development.
- Educate and support families in understanding the therapy process and the steps to reinforce communication and auditory exercises at home.
- Stay updated with the latest research and best practices in autism treatment and speech and auditory therapies.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Audiology or Speech Therapy and OT from a recognized institution.
- Relevant experience working with children, especially those diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (ASD).
- Ability to communicate effectively with children, parents, and a multidisciplinary team.
- Patience, compassion, and a genuine desire to make a difference in the lives of children with autism.
- Fluency in English and Punjabi/Hindi is an advantage.
