**Job Title: Healthcare Recruiter**
**Location: Satellite, Ahmedabad**
**Shift: US Shift (Night Shift)**

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Talent Acquisition**:Source, screen, and recruit qualified healthcare professionals such as nurses, physicians, and allied health professionals for various positions across the United States.

Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare facilities and clients to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.

**Qualifications**:
Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in US healthcare recruitment or a similar role.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Management, or a related field preferred.

**Skills**:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficient in using recruitment software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Availability: Willingness to work in a US shift (night shift).
