**A Little Bit About the Role**:
The primary responsibilities of the CRM Administrator / CRM Business Analyst will be to work on deployment, close liaising with group's entities and brands, managing of internal and external client data, ongoing data hygiene on Salesforce to ensure that internal and external reporting of Management Information (MI) and other key data used by sales team, organization and account leadership teams and client(s) are highly accurate, complete and aligned to other reports and indicators. This role will support senior leadership and account leadership teams to pull reports and create dashboards, with a focus on providing data integrity analysis and ensuring the rest of the team is building reports and dashboards that are as accurate, complete and up to date as possible.

This will include, but not limited to, closely partnering with group's various entities in evolving our existing CRM workflow setup, integration with other systems/tools, documentation of the solutions, analysis, communication with various stakeholders and members from related functions, providing technical assistance and end-user troubleshooting for bug fixes, enhancements, running backups to ensure stakeholders use Salesforce correctly.

**What You'll be Doing**:

- Initial User training on Salesforce which includes secure login, navigation, business process etc.
- User creation and setup of correct level of access including Profile and Role Hierarchy.
- Handling daily issues related to internal Salesforce users.
- Fulfil stakeholder queries related to the integrity and accuracy of published MI, Dashboards and Reports.
- Salesforce to Salesforce connection, field mapping including out of the box functionality related to Salesforce.
- Creation of Page Layout, Record Type, Mass Data Update, Data Security, Reports & Dashboards creation and modification.
- New feature implementation and testing in Sandbox.
- Creating Sandbox (test org), quality check and deployment to the Production.
- Creating or break and fix of any automation including Flow (not related to triggers or classes).
- All Salesforce release update and any Org changes if required.
- Managing stakeholder communications to streamline processes and stakeholder satisfaction efforts.
- Contributes to changing the culture in terms of function leadership when it comes to "living in the data".
- Leverages standard quality assurance best practices to analyse and monitor the creation of account focused MI, Dashboards and Reports.
- Flag, communicate and independently escalate concerns to internal and external audiences.
- Review, overhaul and standardises processes to ensure the data collected is as accurate as possible. This will mean understanding the nuances
- of organization's requirements as well as being able to understand the wider business need and obtaining inputs, expertise from group entity's
- Monitors and benchmarks trends and changes to the accuracy of our MI, Dashboards and Reports and provides insights, recommendations
- and advocacy towards ever increasing their accuracy, completeness and overall integrity as a measure of success of the role.
- Facilitates integration and alignment of data between the various systems and databases (HubSpot, Exchange etc.) working with system
- owners and departments/ relevant functions.

**What You'll Need**:

- Bachelor's degree or High School Diploma/GED and 5 to 6 years of work experience in a business setting.
- At least 2 or more years of experience with data management and reporting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate with stakeholders at various levels.
- Results orientation and good time management skills with an ability to understand key milestones, goals and objectives.
- Salesforce Certification, experience in Sales, Service, Experience cloud. Advanced excel skills and exposure to tools like HubSpot etc. will be an added advantage.
