**Hiring Interns for CRM Position - Jewelry Service Provider Company**

**Position**: CRM Intern
**Location**: Andheri Seepz
**Duration**: 6 months

We are looking for dynamic and enthusiastic graduates who are eager to gain hands-on experience in customer relationship management (CRM) within the jewelry industry. As a CRM Intern, you will work closely with our customer service and sales teams to support customer engagement, retention, and satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in managing and maintaining customer databases
- Provide support to the CRM team in executing customer communication strategies
- Help track and analyze customer interactions and feedback
- Contribute to improving customer service processes
- Assist with the preparation of reports and CRM-related tasks

**Requirements**:

- Fresh graduate or recent graduate in any field (preferably Business Administration, Marketing, or related disciplines or MBA)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
- Basic understanding of CRM tools is a plus, but not required
