**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute CRM strategies to build and maintain strong relationships with international clients.
- Manage and optimize the CRM platform to ensure data accuracy, usability, and efficiency.
- Monitor and analyze customer behavior, market trends, and sales data to provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to align CRM efforts with global business objectives.
- Customize CRM workflows to meet the unique needs of various international markets.
- Develop targeted campaigns and loyalty programs to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
- Generate comprehensive reports and dashboards on key performance metrics.
- Ensure compliance with international regulations, including GDPR and other data protection standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with cultural awareness and sensitivity.
- Familiarity with international markets, trade regulations, and customer engagement strategies.
- Experience working in B2B.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
