**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Export Marketing Support & Market Research**:

- Research and identify potential international markets, clients, and trade opportunities.
- Conduct detailed market research on global trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences in the home têxtile industry.
- Prepare reports and presentations based on findings to inform decision-making.
- Track industry developments and emerging opportunities in key export markets.
- **Content Development**:

- Develop marketing materials tailored for international clients, such as presentations, brochures and catalogues.
- Collaborate with the design team to ensure visual content aligns with brand standards and market expectations.
- Assist in the planning and coordination of international trade fairs and exhibitions and manage their promotional materials
- **Client Relationship Management**:

- Maintain and update the CRM database for lead tracking and client management.
- Work closely with the Director to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- **Coordination & Reporting**:

- Act as a liaison between the Director and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication and task execution.
- Prepare regular updates, performance metrics, and research findings for review by the Director.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, International Business, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in B2B marketing, with a preference for export marketing in the home têxtile industry.
- Strong research and analytical skills with experience in market analysis.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with CRM software is advantageous.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Prior experience in the home têxtile industry or similar export-focused businesses.
- Understanding of global trade dynamics and key markets for home têxtiles.
- Basic design skills for creating presentations and marketing materials.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,806.36 - ₹39,387.80 per month
