Key responsibilities in include:
**Responsibilities**
- Create list of all the open and launched projects using google sheets and keep them upto date.
- Create Social Media with posts on facebook and instagram using Canva
- Update website with launches or any new information as builders release them
- Keep the CRM up-to date.
- Respond on all social media channel, create new idea to keep account lively
- Call customers in Canada and book appointments
- Research the competitions and update few sheets
- Update Calendar / Booking appointments in Calendly
- Make international calls confidently.
- Making recommendations to increase efficiency
- Ensure all information on Project file in google drive is correct and updated
- Download Content/files from builders websites etc
- Update Excels Sheets
- Update Website content
**Requirement**
- **2 to 5 years of experience working in customer facing role (English Speaking)**:
- Some with knowledge and experience of Digital marketing (Canva)
- **Must have a good computer, private working space, 2nd Monitor, Strong Internet and access to phone**. Must be available for messages /phone calls during the hours.
- Past Cold calling experience would be an asset, especially in Real Estate.
- Excellent ability to communicate in **English (written and spoken)**
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 30 per week
**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Evening shift
- Night shift
