Coordinate and manage communication with global stakeholders. Participate in decision-making on behalf of executives. Manage executive calendars and proactively handle communications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams; present updates to executives. Prepare reports, memos, letters, and other business documents. Organize business performance review meetings (monthly/quarterly) Conduct business analysis and prepare projections as needed. Research and compile data for executive presentations and board meetings. Use data visualization tools and office software to prepare reports. Record and distribute meeting minutes; ensure follow-up on actions. Handle incoming calls, messages, and correspondence. Manage executive records, documents, and reports. Host and manage visitors; prioritise executive meetings. Read and analyze incoming memos and submissions and route accordingly. Coordinate travel arrangements for executives. Perform general administrative duties (ordering supplies, maintaining records, etc.)QualificationsMaster’s degree in Administration or Management Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience as an Executive Assistant
