**Job Summary**:
The Backend Executive is responsible for managing and executing daily operational and administrative backend tasks. The role involves data handling, process coordination, and support to internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely execution of backend operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle and maintain accurate data entry and database management.
- Coordinate with internal departments for processing and verifying records.
- Prepare reports, update logs, and maintain documentation.
- Ensure timely completion of backend tasks in alignment with team objectives.
- Identify errors in data and perform quality checks.
- Support team members in operational tasks and provide assistance in process improvements.
- Maintain confidentiality and integrity of all operational data.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferred in Business, Commerce, or Computer Applications).
- 1-2 years of experience in a backend or data management role.
- Proficient in MS Office tools, especially Excel and Word.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Good communication skills (written and verbal).

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift
