- Collaborate with luxury service providers to ensure the seamless delivery of premium services.

**2. Client Relationship Management**:

- Act as the primary point of contact for high-end clients, understanding their unique preferences and requirements.
- Provide personalized, concierge-level service to exceed client expectations.

**3. Vendor and Partner Collaboration**:

- Cultivate and maintain relationships with high-end vendors and partners to secure exclusive offerings.
- Negotiate and manage contracts with luxury service providers to ensure top-tier services for our clientele.

**4. Detailed Documentation**:

- Maintain meticulous records of client preferences, requirements, and feedback.
- Create and update comprehensive event manuals tailored to the preferences of individual clients.

**5. Exclusive Event Design**:

- Collaborate with the creative team to design and execute bespoke events that reflect the luxury brand image and exceed the expectations of high-end clients.
